1. We measure the real volume
Your browser reads the model and measures its exact volume in cubic centimetres — not the size of its bounding box.
2. Volume becomes grams
Parts aren't printed solid: they have outer walls and an internal infill. We convert volume to the grams of material a typical print really uses, based on the material's density.
3. Material and quality set the price per gram
PETG and TPU cost more than PLA. Finer layers (Pro) take longer to print than Economy, so the price per gram rises with quality.
4. Quantity and minimum
Grams × pieces × price per gram gives your price. Very small parts have a minimum order to cover machine setup.
5. A person double-checks
Some models need extra supports. We review every file before printing, and if the real cost is very different we contact you first — you can continue or cancel for a full refund.
