Is the price final?

It's an estimate built from your file: the material it needs, how long it takes to print, plus any finishing or supports. We review every file before printing and contact you first if there's a big difference.

How long does printing take?

Usually 2–5 business days depending on size and quantity, then 1–3 days for shipping.

What's the largest part you can print?

Up to 250 × 250 × 250 mm in one piece. Bigger parts can be split and joined.

I don't have a 3D file. Can you help?

Yes — send us a sketch or photos with dimensions on WhatsApp and we'll quote the modelling.
