These Terms govern your use of the Stacks website (stacks3d.store), our social media pages, and any order you place with us. By using the site, uploading a file or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Stacks is an on-demand 3D printing service based in Egypt. Contact: ahmed.nftarabic@gmail.com.

2. Quotes and orders

  • A quote is generated automatically from your file (size, material, weight). It is valid for the options shown at the time and may change if the file or options change.
  • An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message (email, SMS or WhatsApp).
  • Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT. Shipping is shown at checkout.
  • We may cancel or pause an order if the file cannot be printed reliably, if a price was calculated in error, or if we cannot verify the order details. You will be notified and any payment refunded.

3. Your files

  • You must own the file you upload or have the right to have it printed. Do not upload files that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or design rights.
  • We do not print weapons, weapon parts, or items that are illegal in Egypt.
  • Uploaded files are used only to quote and produce your order. We keep them for a limited time to handle re-prints and support, then delete them. We never share or resell your files.

4. Printed products

3D printed parts show visible layer lines and small surface marks; this is normal for the process. Dimensions are typically within ±0.3 mm but are not guaranteed for functional tolerances unless agreed in writing. Colours may vary slightly between batches.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to all governorates in Egypt. Production and delivery times are shown on each quote. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and re-prints

Because every part is made to order from your file, returns for change of mind are not accepted. If a part arrives damaged, does not match the order, or fails due to a printing error, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will re-print or refund it. See our Refund Policy.

7. Marketplace designs

Designs sold on our shop belong to Stacks or the designers who listed them. Buying a print does not transfer the design rights.

8. Your information

You are responsible for giving an accurate name, address and phone number for delivery. How we use your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Social media and messaging

We publish content and reply to comments and messages on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Automated replies may be used for common questions (prices, materials, delivery). Do not share payment details in comments or messages.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for how a printed part is used.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
