Which files can I upload?
STL, OBJ and 3MF up to 15MB. Got another format like STEP? Export it as STL from your CAD app.
My file is bigger than 15MB
Reduce the mesh resolution when exporting, or zip-compress a 3MF. You can also send it to us on WhatsApp.
Dimensions look wrong?
Type the size you want straight into the width, depth or height box — the rest follows. Some apps export in inches, so a model that lands far too small or too large just needs the real measurement typed in.
Are my files private?
Yes. Your file is used only to print your order and is never shown or shared.
How long does printing take?
Usually 2–5 business days depending on size and quantity, then 1–3 days for shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for free until production starts. Message us with your order number.
What if my part arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll reprint it if the fault is ours.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, across Egypt.
