Privacy Policy — Tashkeel Publisher

Tashkeel Publisher is an internal tool operated by Stacks (stacks-dawolvcm.myshopify.com, Egypt) to schedule our own posts, answer comments and messages on our own Facebook Page, Instagram and Threads accounts, and read our own audience statistics.

What we collect

When you comment on or message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, Meta sends us the text of that comment or message, your public display name and a Meta-provided ID. We use it only to reply to you. We do not collect anything else and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

To reply to your question (sometimes automatically, for common questions such as prices or how to send a file) and to keep a short log so we can follow up. We never sell or share this data with third parties. It is stored in our Shopify store and deleted automatically after 30 days.

Data deletion

To have your data deleted at any time, message us on Instagram @stacks.3d or email ahmed.nftarabic@gmail.com with the comment or message you want removed. We delete it within 7 days and confirm back to you. You can also remove the app from your Facebook settings under Settings → Apps and websites.
